While building it, we have tried to keep things clear and simple so that to be easier for job seekers to submit their resume, search jobs and apply online, also for employers to post their jobs (at no fee), search resumes and manage their online applications. |
What makes us different than other employment web sites? Let us mention some particularities:
For Individuals:
- if you are in a hurry and paste your resume without any cleaning, no problem, we will clean it for you.
- if you have few minutes available, you can submit your resume by using five easy and intuitive steps, corresponding to the following resume’s parts: 1) the job you are looking for, 2) your education, 3) your experience / work history, 4) your skills and 5) other info (sections) you may want to add.
- if you just arrived on our web site and not have an account yet you still can apply online to your desired job, found by browsing all jobs on the home page, or by using the "quick job search" option, very easy by filling the "Quick Submit Resume" form shown when you click the corresponding APPLY link / button.
- when you are a logged in member, after browsing our jobs, or using our "job search", or the "advanced job search", you can easily apply online by just clicking the APPLY link or button next to the job’s title, then you can manage your Online Applications (see when they are opened by employers, or remove the inappropriate ones made by hurry/mistake etc.).
For Employers:
- post your jobs for free, right after creating your account.
- search resumes and see the online applications to your posted jobs at no costs, seeing the individual’s initials, city and state with a part of his resume body, then pay only $29.99 per month to have full access to the individuals contact info and their complete resumes.
- retrieve cleaned resumes (as mentioned in the individual’s area, we are cleaning the resumes which were not corrected/edited after their pasting into our submissions forms).
- download as a ZIP archive not only your Online Applications (which include the resumes and contact info together with the corresponding jobs title / number and the applications dates) but also the selected Search Resume results.
- register for the "Automatically Jobs Retrieval" (AJR) feature, if your firm has more than 10 jobs, to not enter them by hand anymore but to have them imported/managed automatically by our AJR system, at every two days, directly from your web site.
